I happened to download WoW 2009 and the first song out of the compliations was too gud.Matthew West a Gospel Singer and Dove Award winner pens this song.
The song is about complacency and a desire to "break free from the average, ordinary, lukewarm Christian life",The Music video highlights his experience in 2007 with vocal fold surgery and two months of prescribed silence.His testimony touched me and inpspired me.And yeah this song goes into my list of all time favorite Gospel songs.

E2 Labs raped by Zone-H royally !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
E2 labs is a training institute started by Zaki and the other famous looser Ankit Fadia.A combination of marketing skills,crookedness,amateur media coverages helped this people to sell their trainings to innocent aspiring Information Security professionals.The guys speaks and boasts of contacts top Govt officials and Inteligence agencies.....what lame method to market himself.He still thinks Information Security professional lives in the Stone Age.
You got it wrong Zaki,we always doubted your gimmicks and statements.One look at the E2 labs website tells you its all cooked up.I too come from the same city as he is,Hyderbad.I happen to see all the marketing stuff in the roads claiming they have tie ups with,Zone-H,Fyodor etc.
I always wondered why should such guys want tie up with this looser.So around 2 months back I tried to check it out.I dropped a call to his office and as usual they receptionist/secretary picked it up and started collecting information thinking that am a prospective victim for them to leech money.I asked her to cut the crap and put me straight to Zaki and she did.Now our man Zaki starts boasting of his exploits in the Information Security world,his tie ups with Intelligence agencies,Govt and security gurus.He tried convincing me to attend a training on Web app security training.I started asking him about the course contents,he started giving me stupid theories about how security companies in India do security assessments and started blaming the poor methodologies and standards adopted by them for assessments.
Well Zaki come out of your closet and see the new Indian Information Security world,it aint the old age where you can cheat and loot money.We have thousands of true professionals who work tirelessly underground.We dont go after fame,publicity and money.And you and your company brought disgrace to the whole Information Security Industry in India.How many young peoples career and life did you spoil.We will rip you till you get out of these shameful acts.

Dying Young
I write this blog as I lay in my sofa watching a movie called "Dying Young" at 1 am in the night.
Now this movie joins my list of amazing feel gud romantic movies like "Notebook","Sweet November","A walk to remember"........
Another Julia Roberts masterpiece.....the story goes like this.....
Hilary O'Neil (Julia Roberts) is a unlucky pretty young woman,who has bad past with luv and work.She comes across a job as a live-in companion to a Cancer patient. who is dying.She reluctantly takes the job.She is moved by the pain Victor goes through after each chemotheraphy sessions.Hair falling out and vomiting along with extremes in pain
make it a very emotional one.She is torn emotinaly by his sufferings and decides to take a chance to improve his way of living and health.
Victor tells Hilary that his treatment is finished and he's takes her to a beach house.The relationship between the rich Victor and Hilary blossoms into romance as he teaches her about art and culture and she teaches him about joy of life.They fall in love and njoy their life in the beach house....and make most of their remaning time...
The movie soundtracks is really haunting and awesome....

Taare Zameen Par (TZP)-Like Stars on Earth
Am not a big fan of Bollywood movies,I hate them jus for the masala movies churned out by the Hindi movie industry each year.But it was very refreshing to watch a overwhelming movie full of substance and stellar performances.
One has to salute Aamir Khan for the masterpiece he created..the movie is full of stellar performances..especially Darsheel...the kid has a bright future....
I watched the movie after almost 2 yrs of its release..I was travelling to London in Air India and was flipping through their pathetic In-flight Entertainment system and found TZP in the Hindi Movie list.Given the amazing feedback abt the movie given by my colleagues and friends I decided to watch it.
What turned out for the next two and half hour of sheer emotionally engaging and perfect story selling.I have never seen such a gud movie which moved me emotionally after Passion of Christ and Schindler's List.

"When we depend on man, we get what man can do. When we depend upon prayer, we get what God can do."
This is an amazing message which helped me get thru anxious,despair moments I went thru recently.Many times we worry too much on things and situations.We plot our own way of getting through those situations.We ourselves expect the problem to be solved in a pre planned way and a time.And when things dont go our way, we start murmuring and doubting GOD. Even though we pray and plead we never think or trust Jesus can do anything.We never realise and acknowledge that Jesus "He will make a way,where there seems to be no way".He has his own way of doing things and taking us out of problems and situations of despair.So that we grow more in faith and know more of Him.
And above all He knows wot is best for us

A CLOUD BY DAY...A PILLAR OF FIRE BY NIGHT
"By day the LORD went ahead of them in a pillar of cloud to guide them on their way and by night in a pillar fire to give them light, so that they could travel by day or night. Neither the pillar of cloud by day nor the pillar of fire by night left its place in front of the people." Exodus 13:21-22
What an incredible provision by God for Israel as they wondered in the wilderness for 40 years, a provision of His grace that lead them on their journey. He gave them a visible symbol of His presence "with" them, the promise of His power "to" them, and the assurance of His provision "for" them. To any Israelite who might be in doubt...he had only to look up and see the pillar of cloud by day or the pillar of fire by night. This was God's covenant to Israel...they had nothing to fear if they walked in OBEDIENCE. God would be their sufficiency for every need!
God provided manna from heaven every morning and water from the rock at Meribar. When hemmed in at the Red Sea, being pursued by Pharaoh's army, God miraculously "parted the waters" and they went through on dry land. When the army followed, God unleashed the waters, and the pursuing enemy all drowned (Exodus 14:21-28).
What does all of that say unto us today? God has not left us without His hand to lead, protect, provide, and be the sufficiency for our every need. He has a plan and purpose for every believer. But, His plan can only be accomplished as we walk in obedience to His Word, and trust Him as the Lord of our life. We must appropriate what Christ has provided for us.
As believers, the Holy Spirit dwells within to minister to us. He draws us to God...teaches, reveals, and gives us an understanding of God's Word. God has given to us "exceeding great and precious promises: that by these we may be partakers of the divine nature" (2 Peter 1:4). Whatever circumstances we encounter, we have His Word as our foundation, access into His presence by prayer, and the guidance of the Holy Spirit to direct our steps.
And what is His promise to us? "Call to me and I will answer you, and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know" (Jeremiah 33;3). "Call to me" reveals our need to seek HIS help, realizing the inadequacy of our own abilities, resources, and our need of utter dependence on God. How much heartache, misfortune, and misery we would save ourselves, if we would first SEEK THE LORD! So often, our pride, ego, and self-independence keep us from coming before God. "Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need" (Hebrews 4:16).
And what has God promised to do when we call on Him? "I WILL ANSWER YOU!" Wow! Can you conceive of such an incredible privilege we have as His own? God will not only answer, but "tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know!"
And above all He knows wot is best for us

When God Puts You On Hold
This is an amazing piece of writeup/message which helped me to get through the most difficult times of my life....
When God Puts You On Hold (1)
Don't try to get out of anything prematurely. - James 1:4 TM
The Bible says, "To every thing there is a season" (Ecc 3:1). So no matter how hard you pray, you can't pray your life's seasons away. There are some situations you aren't meant to change - you're just meant to survive! Paul calls these times, "light affliction, which is...for a moment" (2 Co 4:17). When you can't alter your circumstances you must learn to grow through them.
In winter, trees take advantage of the season to rebuild their strength and prepare to be fruitful next season. Their sap and substance go underground. Then in the spring it pushes its way back up again in the form of new growth. Looking back over your life you'll find that your achievements are seasonal. Growth comes, then struggle, and vice versa. Each season has its purpose. God has a reason for not wanting you to be productive all the time. When He permits winter winds to blow through your life He's preparing you for the coming spring. James writes, "Consider it a...gift...when tests...come... under pressure, your faith...shows its true colours. So don't try to get out of anything prematurely. Let it do its work so you become mature and well-developed, not deficient in any way" (Jam 1:2-4 TM).
One of the issues you'll struggle with in a waiting period is the urge to hurry, to make permanent decisions based on temporary circumstances. Don't do it! Every situation doesn't call for immediate action. Remember, patience comes from trust, and you can't trust a God you don't know. That's why you need to spend more time getting acquainted with Him through reading His Word and praying.

II.Scorpions-Wind of Change
I got introduced to the rock music by a gud friend of mine called Jacob Alexander.....he is a music maniac...the guy plays amazing guitar and a gud singer....Guess wot Wind of Change is the first song he made me listen in his music system.Frm tht day I never looked back the search of gud Rock songs still goes on...I found many and am still on the look for more....I bid goodbye to the Boybands and Techno crap.......
Wind of Change is a power ballad by the German rock band....and the song & music video celebrates the fall of the Berlin Wall.....the song has a unbelievable melodic whistling by Klaus Meine.....the song is so famous it was chosen as the Song of the Century in Germany......
III.White Lion-When the Children Cry
Except for lovers of 80's rock nobody wud know of this band....and for me they r one of the best band to produce some amazing rock ballads....it's sad they didnt last long....though Mike Tramp with new members producing albums...its not tht old White Lion magic anymore....."WHen the Children Cry" is the first song I listened.The song is about children suffering in a war-ridden country...and hope for a better place to live in.
What is best abt this song is the touching & meaningful lyrics,Mike Tramps voice and Vito Bratta's amazing guitar play.Seventh Day Slumber a Christian band did the cover for this song.....
IV.Ozzy Osbourne-Dreamer
Ozzy known as the "Godfather of heavy Metal" the lead singer of Heavy Metal Band Black Sabbath.He is known for his outrageous acts like biting the head of a live bat in a concert and the list goes on.And you wud never expect such a guy to come out with such a soft rock song.....and yes he did it in style....
The song is compared to John Lennons "Imagine" who was ozzys inspiration.The winter filled Music video did complement the song well.The song was abt ozzy's vision of a better world for his children, where they are happy and safe.
V.Def Leppard- Long Long way to go
It was a tough choice for me to select between "Promises" & "Long Long way to go".Both were really gud ballads..but I had to choose the later one for the lyrics and the overall romantic feeling the song brings.
This song is one of the very underated songs of the Lepards..the voice and guitar play are brilliant.....
VI.R.E.M- Losing my Religion
R.E.M. is an American alternative rock band...initially I had a hesitation to listening the song coz of the song title "Losing my religion"...being a born again christian I didnt want to listen to any Anti-Christ song...a quick googling on the songs lyrics revealed that the phrase "losing my religion" is an expression from the southern region of the United States that means losing one's temper or civility, or "being at the end of one's rope.
Overall I like the song for its awesome melody and unique voice
VII.Firehouse- You're my Religion
FireHouse is an American hard rock band and music similar to WhiteLion....Some of their great rock ballads include "I Live My Life for You", "Love of a Lifetime", and "When I Look Into Your Eyes"...but the one I liked most is "You are my religion" for its awesome music and lyrics which is often confused to a love song and gospel song.
For me it sounded more like a christian song and I luved the amazing lyrics glorifying Jesus.
